Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, any time you need. By signing up for a recurring coffee subscription, you are not committed to anything aside from exceptionally great coffee showing up when you need it.
Cancelling, skipping, or swapping is very easy through your customer portal.
How does the free shipping work?
When checking out, if you have $50 worth of eligible subscription products in your cart, you will get free standard shipping. This is usually one 12oz bag of our pure Kona selection, or a few bags of our crafted blends.
I need my coffee sooner than I expected. What can I do?
In your customer account, you will see an option to change the date for your next delivery. Simply adjust this to the nearest possible date, and our team will get your order and ship it out.
If you have signed up for SMS account management, it's as simple as a couple button presses from your phone. You can text "modify" to (844) 971-2544 to receive an option to bump up your order date.
I have more coffee than I need. Can I skip my next shipment?
You can! In your customer account, you will see an option to "Skip" your next delivery. This will negate the next scheduled shipment, and the shipment following that will be the next one to ship. You can also delay your order as many days as you need.
If you have signed up for SMS account management, it's even easier. You will receive a text a few days before your order generates, and you'll have the option to skip or delay your order.
Am I able to change my coffee to something else?
Yes you are! Once you sign up for a subscription, your account will contain a button to "Swap" coffees. You can select from any of our other blends or pure Kona coffee.
One of the great things about the world of coffee is its variety, and this is a wonderful option for exploring it.
Honolulu Coffee Subscription Rewards: How does it work?
Each completed subscription order will give you money back ("credits") that you can spend on future subscription orders.
Orders 1-9*: Earn 2% back**
Orders 10+: Earn 4% back**
So, the longer you have your subscription, the more you earn back. Redeem your accruals at any time.
