Cold Brew Iced Coffee is brewed using a special brewing technique which involves brewing the coffee over an extended period of time while using cold water. The freshly ground coffee steeps in cold water for a period between 12-16 hours.
Once the coffee reaches the optimal extraction level, the coffee is simply filtered and ready to serve. Since cold water is used in the brewing process, the coffee is approximately 67% less acidic than coffee brewed by conventional hot water-brewing methods, because of this the apparent bitterness of the coffee is also toned down.
The result is a is smooth and highly caffeinated coffee with delicate notes of dark chocolate, sweet raisins and a hazelnut finish.
