In ʻōlelo Hawai‘i, punawai means "spring" or "freshwater source," a perfect way to capture the season’s energy of renewal and new beginnings. Inspired by Hawai‘i’s natural beauty and island vibes, this menu is all about bringing you bright, fresh flavors in every sip and bite.
From our farm-to-cup Kona coffee, grown at our Big Island farm and roasted right here in Honolulu, to our baked-from-scratch goodies, made daily at our Honolulu bakery and delivered to our cafés across O‘ahu and the neighbor islands—we’ve got everything to put a little spring in your step.
